Payment Options: Payments are accepted through our secure online store. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. It is also possible to make a standard bank transfer – please place your order via email info@platekopspoon.com.au if you wish to pay via bank transfer.

 

Descriptions: All products in the store are photographed as accurately as possible.

Many of our pieces are individually handmade and unique, because of this, the piece you receive may not be exactly the same as that in the photo. Colour and finish of the ceramics will vary between pieces, which is an intentional reflection of the genuine handmade nature of each piece.

 

Delivery within Australia:  Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive.

Not all items are in stock at all times. If not in stock, please allow up to four weeks for your piece/s to be delivered. Availability is indicated in the individual product information.

All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. Any orders made after 2pm AEST on a Friday, over the weekend or on a public holiday, will be processed the following business day. Delivery times are Monday-Friday during business hours.

Order within Australia are charged at a flat rate $15. Orders over 3kg will be calculated individually and shipping cost advised.

All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. There must be someone at the address to sign for the delivery. If not, a card will be left with details for where the parcel can be collected within five days. However, if you advise for the package to be left without a signature, the receiver takes responsibility for any loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered

Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. plate:kop:spoon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

International Shipping: We can ship internationally on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note: International customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries.

Once your item has been shipped and you have received your confirmation email, plate:kop:spoon is no longer responsible for the item shipped. If problems occur please contact shipping agent.

 

Delivery Tracking: Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment.

 

Refund Policy:  All efforts have been made to capture and display each piece/range accurately, however each piece is unique and the piece you receive may vary slightly in shape/colour to the photographs on our products page.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund on purchases if you change your mind, however, we do happily offer exchange or refund for faulty goods.

If your item/s arrive broken please email us a photo of the broken goods within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit voucher. We will email you a credit voucher, valid for one year, if the same product is unavailable.

Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility.

 

Annemieke Boots Products: All of Annemieke Boots products are individually hand thrown unique pieces and we are only able to carry a limited range. If faulty, it is unlikely that we will be able to replace any of her products with an identical item. You will be given the option of a similar item, if available, or a credit voucher.

 

Faulty Items: All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find, if found we ask that you please contact plate:kop:spoon. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All products should be handled with care and come with custom care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions received with your purchase for further information for your particular item. Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to plate:kop:spoon within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.
